- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- We accept online payments via secure gateways.
- Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or changed due to the personalized nature of our products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated 3 to 7 days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
5. Returns and Refunds
- As all items are custom-printed, we only accept returns in cases of damaged or defective products.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, with proof (photos).
- Eligible returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
